Central Kitchen

A unique large-scale kitchen serving NGOs across Lebanon and providing training and job opportunities.
The Central Kitchen is one of the most innovative and impactful projects in Kheer Wajba. It serves as:

• A unified large-scale cooking facility serving multiple NGOs
• A training center for low-income individuals
• A production hub for daily hot meals for families in need
• A job-creation platform within a fully equipped professional environment
This model reduces costs for partner NGOs and significantly increases the number of beneficiaries who receive daily meals.

Relief Assistance

Our relief department provides:

• Food parcels
• Hygiene kits
• Winter essentials
• Emergency supplies
• Rapid response in crisis situations
A network of more than 50 trained volunteers across Lebanon ensures efficient, fair, and well-organized distribution, coordinated with local community leaders and municipalities.

Orphan Sponsorship

We support orphans and extremely vulnerable families by providing:

• Food and nutrition
• Education and school needs
• Clothing
• Medical care
• Psychosocial support
• Protection from exploitation or homelessness
Our sponsorship model focuses on dignity, safety, and long-term care.

Distribution Department

Our distribution system consists of more than 50 volunteers operating across Lebanon. Their responsibilities include:
• Identifying the most vulnerable cases
• Conducting field visits
• Coordinating with community leaders
• Ensuring transparency and fairness in distribution
• Managing logistics during emergencies
This network is one of the largest volunteer-based distribution systems in the region.

Healthcare Support

Kheer Wajba provides essential medical assistance including:

• Emergency surgeries
• Life-saving medications
• Diagnostic tests
• Support for chronic illness cases
We aim to ensure that no vulnerable individual is denied access to critical healthcare.

Media & Marketing Department

Due to the diverse skills of our volunteers, Kheer Wajba established a dedicated media and marketing department that includes:
1. Creative & Design Unit Branding, graphic design, infographics, campaign visual identity.
2. Photography & Production Unit Event coverage, documentary videos, editing, and digital storytelling.
3. Web Development & Content Unit Website creation, SEO content, and digital strategy.
4. Events & Public Relations Unit Managing public events, humanitarian campaigns, and partnerships.
All revenue generated through media services is reinvested into humanitarian activities.
